What is a Wienimoji?
At Wieni, every team member gets a custom emoji based on their Wieni picture. It’s a fun, personal way to connect, celebrate individuality, and make our digital workspace uniquely ours.

What’s a Wienimoji?
A personal Wienimoji is a custom-made icon tailored to represent you in Slack or other social channels. We create the emoji based on your personal Wieni picture. Once created, it becomes your virtual identity in our Slack channels and other social tools.
These emojis aren’t just decorative. They’re a quick and meaningful way to react to messages, highlight someone’s contribution, or even just send a friendly nod in daily conversations. Imagine your emoji lighting up a thread when someone gives you a shoutout or uses it to acknowledge your ideas — it’s a small thing, but it fosters connection in big ways.
How it works
During your onboarding, our UI designer will create your Wienimoji and contact you for approval.
Once finalized, your emoji gets added to our Slack workspace. From that moment, it’s yours. Teammates can use it in reactions, mentions, or just for fun.
At Wieni, your emoji is more than a button. It’s a symbol of recognition and encouragement. Got an amazing idea? Your teammates might use your emoji to cheer you on. Helped solve a tricky bug? Expect to see your emoji in the thank-you messages.
More than a tradition
